we do not charge you till your order is received and accepted. In some cases depending on the cost and software that will be needed will require a deposit to cover special request costs.

All sales are final once you have agreed to and received the products and services requested, as I mentioned in above we do not charge you any upfront fees unless it is needed for specific software or service that we don't normally offer therefore any software or service that is purchased in your behalf is yours to keep and do with as you want and see fit.
